After Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia has brought changes in the words in Azan, the calling for the five-time daily prayers in Islam. In the holy city of Mecca, the words ‘Haiya alas Salah (Come to the Prayer) in the Azan has been replaced to ‘Sallu Fee Rihalikum’ (Pray at your home). Many Hadiths have mentioned that the words of Azan can be changed in areas where severe cold, storms, natural disasters, fog or pestilence will occur. There are two words in the hadith; One is 'Sallu Fee Buyutikum', the other is 'Sallu Fee Rihalikum'.
