Officials found that a failure of oversight from the FAA, along with corporate pressure, lack of transparency and design failures from Boeing, all led to the fatal plane crash that killed hundreds.

@
@Blue-hr7fsمنذ 4 سنواتthe reason the ethiopian pilots turned the system back on again is because mcas trimmed the aircraft nose down via the stabilzer, the force of the air id="hidden3" class="buttons"> running over the stabilizer meant the pilots could not manually trim the aircraft to nose up attitude because the force required was beyond human capability, so they turned the system on to have power assisted control to pull the nose up, however due to faulty information mcas immediately reactivated pushing the nose down, this is why the trajectory path simulation shows the up and down fight between human and machine, there could be only one winner because mcas had control via the stabiliser the joystick control the pilots had was not capable of resolving the issue and the pilots couldnt retrim the stabiliser manually because it was beyond their physical capabilty, this im not saying as a fact it is my opinion, if so however with no sensor redundancy built in to mcas it is a design flaw. ....وسعت16
