Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is set to officially endorse President Ebrahim Raisi for his first term in the office, in Tehran, on Tuesday, August 3. Iranians headed to the polls on June 18 to elect a successor to President Hassan Rouhani, who has served the maximum two four-year terms allowed by the constitution.
