Ingredients:
• 2 eggs at room
• 1 cup fat free yogurt at room temperature
• 2 1/2 cups oats (blended)
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• Optional: a variety of decorative seeds
