【Full Hop Alchemist v16】 フル・ホップ・アルケミスト Hazy Double IPA / 8.5% ABV New Art!!! アルケミストも次のステージへ。 すべてのアイデアを構築と分解。創造と破壊を繰り返し、完成した新たなるFHA。 今回のドライホッピングでは、ストラータ・サルタナ・サブローをチョイス。 漂う香りはまるでメロンのようで、飲み始めは甘く優しい印象。 熟したパパイヤやメロンを連想させるフレーバーは、グレープフルーツのような柑橘系へと移り変わり、ゆるやかに風味が変化していく。後から訪れるシャープなアルコール感と、しっかりとした苦みでメリハリ感も◎。 衰えぬ情熱をさらに燃やし、 類稀な才能を見せつけてきた彼の錬金術は、恐れることを知らず加速していく。真実(レシピ)はいつもひとつ、ではないのだ。 The Alchemist awoke in a cold sweat--nightmares again. Seeking out his trusted advisors our Full Hop Alchemist becomes desperate--how could he be the beacon of light and hope for his fellow Hop Dudes without a solution? In the face of seemingly inevitable destruction? Could this truly the be End? Nah. We ain't going down without a fight. Our Alchemist went ring bling and literally stirred the pot - his latest foray into the crazy corners of his mind (Hazyland?) punching out new hop combos like it's Friday at 5pm. Strata, Sultana and Sabro turned out to be a stellar combination, tropical delight with a touch of that coconut goodness on the backend, body is big but with enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. Will this be enough to stop the Nemesis and his Gateway? Probably not.
