Chicken Manchurian | Recipe #yummmycuisine Subscribe us for more video Like us on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/yummmycuisine Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/yummmycuisine ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- English Recipe: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients: - Chicken Boneless 800 Grams - Salt 1 tsp - Black Pepper 1½ tsp - Egg 1 Nos - Lemon Juice 1½ tbsp - Corn Flour 3 tbsp - All-Purpose Flour 3 tbsp - Oil for deep fry - Oil (for cooking) 3 tbsp - Garlic 1 tsp - Ginger 1 tsp - Onion 1 Medium - Bell Pepper 1 large - Tomato Ketchup ½ Cup - Chilli Garlic Sauce ½ Cup - Sugar ½ tbsp - Hot Sauce 1 tbsp - Soy Sauce 1 tbsp - white Vinegar 1 tbsp - Corn Flour 2 tbsp - Water 1 tbsp ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Directions: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- - In 800 Gram Chicken add salt, black pepper, egg, lemon juice, corn flour and all-purpose flour. - Mix all ingredients with chicken very well. - Leave marinated chicken for 15 - 20 minutes. - Fry marinate chicken on medium flame till golden brown. - Add oil in cooking pan, add ginger, garlic, onion and bell pepper. - Now add salt, black pepper, tomato ketchup, hot sauce, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce and white vinegar. - Add fried chicken and water dissolved corn flour and cook for 5 minutes. Delicious Chicken Manchurian is ready #yummmycuisine ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Urdu Recipe: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ejza: - Bagair Hadi Chicken 800 Grams - Namak 1 tsp - Kali Marach 1½ tsp - Anda 1 Nos - Nembo ka Rus 1½ tbsp - Corn Flour 3 tbsp - Maida 3 tbsp - Tael for deep fry - Tael (for cooking) 3 tbsp - Lehsan (kati howi) 1 tsp - Adrak (kati howi) 1 tsp - Piyaaz 1 Medium - Shimla Marach 1 large - Tomato Ketchup ½ Cup - Chilli Garlic Sauce ½ Cup - Cheni ½ tbsp - Hot Sauce 1 tbsp - Soy Sauce 1 tbsp - Sufaid Sirka 1 tbsp - Corn Flour 2 tbsp - Pani 1 tbsp ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tarkeeb: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Chicken mien namak, kali marach, anda, nembo ka rus , corn flour aur maida shamil karien. - En tamam ejza ko achi tarha mix karlien. - Es marinated chicken ko 15 - 20 minutes kay liya chor dien. - Us kay baad chicken kay en pieces ko halki anch per golden fry karlien. - Ab ek cooking pan mien oil dalien us kay bad lehsan, adrak, piyaaz and Shimla marach shamil karien aur achay se paka lien. - Ab es mien namak, kali marach, tomato ketchup, hot sauce, chilli garlic sauce, soy sauce aur sufaid sirka shamil karien. - Es kay baad fried chicken ko es mien shamil karien aur sath he corn flour ko pani mien hal kar kay ahista ahista shamil karien. - 5 Minute paka lien.
