Cooking Octopus

this is part one of cooking octopus. our grilled octopus is cooked in our custom Broth first, chilled, then grilled. Broth is already seasoned with kelp, spice, Citrus, and vegetables to add flavor to the octopus. we dip octopus in and out of hot Broth to curl up the legs pretty. it only takes 8 minutes to cook the octopus at 3# weigh size.
