Here's an easy no gelatine indulgent chocolate panna cotta recipe that is one of my favourites. It's smooth, deep and delicious, quite perfect for dessert!

Ingredients
185g coconut cream
200g coconut milk
60g brown sugar
40g cocoa powder
3/4 tsp agar agar
50g dark chocolate
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

@rinkisurana71964 years agoHi, made this.. is the quantity of agar correct? It didnt come out of the mould and had the consistency of a chocolate mousse. Kept it in the refrigerator for 9 uninterrupted hours so that's definitely not the problem either ...
