اليوم رح خبركم عن طريقتي اللي عم أتبعها بتييض الأسنان و اللي بسويها لحتى تكون أسناني فاتحة مع أني عم دخن كل يوم أرجيله لكن لو لاحظتوا أسناني لونها فاتح و كثير منكم قبل سألتوني عن سبب بياض أسناني لهيك حبيت أنزلكم طريقتي لكلكم تستفيدوا Hi ladies, I have been asked so many times how I keep my teeth white though I am a smoker that is why I decided to share with you my remedy for keeping my teeth white and shiny. ❣❣ المكونات و الطريقة ❣❣ المكونات فرشة أسنان معجون اسنانك مو شرط نوع معين معلقة صغيرة بيكن صودا معلقة صغيرة هيدروجين بيروكسيد ندمج كل المكونات السابقة و نغسل فيها أسنانا لمدة دقيقتين باستخدام الفرشة، نستخدم هالطريقة مرة بالأسبوع و باقي الأيام نغسل أسنانا بس بالمعجون و بعد ما نوصل لدرجة التفتيح اللي بدنا ياها نسوي هالطريقة مرة بالشهر مع العلم ان الخلطة لازم نجهزها فريش و اللي لستهم أو أسنانهم حساسة أو مركبين فينير أو تقويم ما تناسبهم هالطريقة ❣❣ ingredients and how to ❣❣ Toothbrush Toothpaste (any brand will do) 1 tablespoon baking soda 1 tablespoon hydrogen peroxide How to: You have to do this method once a week until you have reached the results you want. Once your teeth are good and white, limit yourself to using the whitening treatment once every month. Note if you have sensitive teeth don’t use this method In a small container mix using your toothbrush a little of toothpaste, one teaspoon of baking soda, and one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide.
