In recipe we have used panch phoron - 1 table spoon Ingredients: Potato- 500 gm Mustard oil - 6 table spoon Onion - 1 big size Red chilli - 2 pieces Salt - to taste Water - 1 cup Aloo Posto recipe is a traditional Bengali recipe using potatoes with spiced poppy seeds paste. This recipe gets its flavour from green chilli, mustard oil which goes really well with the poppy seeds paste. Here we added our own fusion with fried onion and a pinch of sugar. Mustard oil is must in this recipe for its lovely pungent flavours. It's a comfort food when it comes to the food preference of any Bengali family.
