This delicious black forest cake features luscious chocolate cake layers covered in whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Black Forest gateau consists of several layers of chocolate sponge cake sandwiched with whipped cream and fruits #claudetteskitchen Ingredients: 8 large eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla Blend at high speed 2 cups Granulated Sugar 40 ml whisky or brandy 200 ml mango juice Blend at high speed 4 teaspoons Baking Powder 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder 3 cups cake flour Blend at high speed Grease the tray with tahini Tap the tray a few times to avoid bubbles Preheated oven to 180 ͦ C Bake for 30 minutes (it depends on your oven) Cut cake to half Soak the cake with lemon juice Fill up the cake with whipped cream Then put peach, pear and apple (cocktail fruits can) Put the second half of the cake on the top Soak the second half of the cake with lemon juice too Then fill up the cake with whipped cream too For the cream filling: 1 Liter Cold whipping cream Blend at high speed until soft peaks For decorations: Add pineapples on top of the cake Chocolate chips Song: Vlad Gluschenko - On the Way (Vlog No Copyright Music) Music promoted by Vlog No Copyright Music.
