The government has implemented the transport management information system so that the renewal can be done online along with the payment of revenue including vehicle tax and fines from Bagmati Pradesh today. Now, the services provided through the Transportation Management Office and Service Office under the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure of the Bagmati State Government have become available online through this system. Chief Minister Dormani Poudel inaugurated the online system at a function held in the state capital Hetauda on Friday. Chief Minister Poudel started this system by paying the vehicle revenue payment of service recipient Chintamani Phuyal through Connect IPS. The government has started the payment of revenue through electronic means by linking the services of non-driver's license to the online system by issuing the service flow and revenue payment regulation 2078 of the transport sector through electronic means made by the Bagmati state government. This service can be availed from the website of the Ministry and Citizen App. For this, the state government has prepared a separate Transport Management Information System (TMIS). Secretary at the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development, Sanjiv Baral, said that the system has been set up so that the service recipients can see the details of their vehicle and license registration, renewal, violation of fines and arrears of revenue, insurance, etc. in the information system. Provision has been made to provide information through citizen app and related payment service provider's mobile app and web portal. The service recipients can make electronic payments through mobile banking, national and international payment cards (debit and credit cards), e-money (wallet) and interbanking. The "vehicle tax" feature has come through the latest update in the citizen app. Through which you can get the details of your vehicle, details of previous tax paid and tax due.
