Ingredients for Nilupak na Cassava
1 kg Fresh Cassava
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Condensed milk
50 gm Margarine (or Butter)
800 ml Water
As needed Cheddar cheese
Inside the piping bag is still nilupak for making strips for presentation.
This Nilupak na Cassava is super smooth and creamy to achieve this texture make sure to soften enough the cassava and immediately smash while it's hot. Just gradually remove the cassava from the pot while mashing to keep hot so that it’s easy for you to smash. You can adjust the condensed milk or add sugar depending on the sweetness you prefer.
