This video shows how to make appam (millet appam) at home easily. Also, preparation of perfect millet appam batter details shared. Adding millets in our regular diet help us to lead healthy life. Millets are rich in fibre and low in carbohydrate. Below is the recipe of kuthiraivali appam. Kuthiraivali appam tastes good. METHOD: Kuthiraivali (barnyard millet) - 1 cup Idly rice - 1 cu Urad dal - 1/2 cup Fenugreek - 1 spoon Add everything in a bowl. Soak it for 3 hours in water, then grind it as slightly coarse batter. Batter should be in pouring consistency. Allow it for overnight fermentation. Then in appam kadaai, prepare appam as shown in the video. Small onion Sandhu, coconut milk and kadala curry are best combinations for this appam.
