► Exercise Instructions 1. Load the bar to an appropriate weight for your training. 2. After loading the bar with the suitable weight for your level, lay on the incline bench with your feet on the floor, keeping your back ached and your shoulder blades retracted then take a medium grip of the bar with your hands a little bit more than your shoulder’s width apart, and lift the bar to un-rack it to hold it above your chest with your arms extended. 3.
