Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Coriander seeds - 2 tsp Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup Fenugreek seeds - 5 to 6 nos. Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp TO TEMPER Oil - 1 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1 tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Curry leaves - few SERVES 4 PEOPLE
