Please Subscribe - /channel/UCa8u0zJsHO4ggfkuPLGOMgw Follow on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/sumanikaskitchen/ Friend us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/sumanikas.kitchen Follow us on Pinterest at https://www.pinterest.com/SumanikasKitchen/ CHICKEN MARINATION INGREDIENTS Chicken - 250 grams Red Chili Powder - 1 Tbsp Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - 1 Tsp Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp Yogurt - 1/4 cup Salt to taste BUTTER MASALA INGREDIENTS Butter - 1/4 Stick Cloves - 3 Cardamom - 3 Cinnamon Stick - 2 Garlic Cloves - 2 Ginger - 1 inch Kashmiri Red Chilies - 4 Finely chopped Onion - 1 Cup Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp Finely chopped Tomatoes - 1 Cup Cashews - 1 Tbsp Water - 1/2 Glass PASTA BOILING INGREDIENTS Pasta - 1 Cup Oil - 1 Tsp Salt to taste GRAVY INGREDIENTS Butter - 1/4 Th stick Ground paste Red Chili Powder - 1 Tsp Salt to taste Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - 1 Tsp Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp Fresh Cream - 1 Tbsp Cheese - 1/2 Cup PREPARATION STEP 1 1. Cut Boneless Chicken Into cubes of around 2 inch size. 2. Add 1 Tbsp Red Chili Powder, add 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, add 1 Tsp Garam MasalaPowder, add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder, add 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, add 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi, add 1/4 Cup Yogurt mix it well and Salt to taste. 3. Marinate the Chicken by placing the bowl in Refrigerator for 30 mins. STEP 2 1. Add 1/4 Stick butter to a heated pan, add Marinated Chicken Cook for both sides 10 minutes. 2. Remove the chicken from the pan keep it aside. STEP 3 1. Add 1/4 Stick Butter, add 3 Cardamoms, 3 Cloves, add 1 Cinnamon Sticks , add 2 Cloves Garlic, add 1 inch Ginger to a heated pan and mix it well. 2. Add 4 Kashmir Red Chilies cook for 1 minute. 3. Next add 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onions, and cook for 5 minutes. 4. Add 1 Cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes, mix it and Cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add Salt to taste and mix it well. 6. Add 1 Tbsp Cashews, mix and cook for 2 minutes. 7. Next add 1/2 Glass Water, mix and cook for another 5 minutes. 8. Allow the onion to completely cool down and Grind into smooth paste. STEP 4 1. Boil water in a Sauce Pan 2. Add 1 Tsp Oil and salt to taste. 3. Add 200 Grams Pasta in Boiling Water. 4. Boil the pasta on medium high heat for 10 minutes. 5. Once cooked, strain the pasta. STEP 5 1. Add 1/4 Stick Butter to a Heated pan. 2. Add Ground Masala Paste, cook for 3 minutes. 3. Add 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala powder, Salt to taste, Next add 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi, 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Next add fried Chicken, mix it and Cook For another 3 minutes. 5. Now add boiled Pasta, mix and cook for 2 minutes. 6. Add Cheese cook for 2 minutes. 7.
