Liver is normal in size(11.1cm) , outline with altered ecotexture. id="hidden1" class="buttons"> No obvious focal parenchymal lesion / biliary dilatation is seen. Hepatic veins and portal Venous radicals are normal.
Secondly as per LFT report.
Key fundings are given below.
AST - 37
ALT - 58
AST ALT Ratio 0.64
A.G Ratio 2.60.
Patient doesn't consume alcohol and vegetarian.
Most likely it is case of NON alcoholic fatty liver disease.

@Samiradhikari09منذ 4 سنوات Liver:- Enlarged in size (165 mm). The liver parenchyma is homogenous in echotexture.
No focal lesion seen. I.H.B.R not ascites.
SPLEEN:- (123 mm) Enlarged in size.
Homogenous parenchyma.Hilar vessels not dilated.
IMPRESSION: 1.Hepatosplenomegaly
2.Hyperechoic Pancreas
