Biscotti an Italian almond biscuits. They are oblong in shape and have a crisp texture and go well with tea or coffee. The recipe is quite easy, its dough is formed into log, baked twice (once baked, cooled completely and baked again in slices) and flavoured with toasted almonds, cashew and pumpkin seeds and the outcome is scrumptiously delicious. If you haven't baked it before then do try this it will turn you into a biscotti lover.
