Red chili Flakes: 1 tsp or to taste
Red chili Powder: 1 tsp or to taste
Cumin crushed: 1 tsp
Coriander crushed: 1 tsp
Mix Spice: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Green chilies: 3 to 4
Salt: 1 tsp or to taste
Dried Fenugreek Leaves: 1 tsp

jab kaleji apna color change karle tu us mai adrak lehsan daal kar pakayen...
half done hojanay ke bad masalay dalen...

haldi
tamam ajzah daal kar pura paknay den...
jab puri done hojaye tu namak mila den (namak puri ready honay ke bad dalna hai warna kaleji sakht hojati hai)...
ab uper se kasuri meethi daal den ye optional hai isse khusboo ajati hai.....
uper se hari mirch hara dhaniya daal kar serve karen...
