This is one of my favorite sets to hit for lower body power. We're doing a split squat iso to start, and the goal is to be squeezing so hard that you're trying to pull your feet together (even though they don't move). This works to fire up the hip flexors and glutes, just by trying to pull the feet together. Next up, we're hitting a 1/2 kneeling box jump. You're driving off the front leg, getting as high as you can, and landing on 2 feet.
