Speaker Rebecca Kadaga’s Ramadan Message

In her Ramadan message to the country, Speaker of Parliament Rebecca Kadaga has called on all Ugandans to continue adhering to guidelines set by the Health Ministry, to ably combat COVID-19; as fulfill the dictate by Allah in Chapter 2;Verse 183 of the Holy Quran.
