I grew up, you know, having a lot of experiences as a kiddo? Feeling pretty unseen and pretty alone and and I think you know that need to have a close friend or that need to be connected to something that was greater than me, really early on. Motherhood has been an incredible experience. The work that I'm doing now to care for that little person inside my own heart is directly related to how I'm able to show up for my daughter ever since she was born. I mean, I have a wonderful partner who is doing personal work too and just like really connected to intention and you know connected. The understanding that we aren't going to get it perfect. So the work that we're doing individually, even if it's invisible in a way or even if we feel like maybe it's not affecting the greater Consciousness. I believe it is that idea of being connected to something greater than ourselves—that it affects our environment in a way that other people feel that. Hopefully my daughter is is just living and coming into knowing herself as a beautiful light, worthy and powerful in her own nature and not alone.
