Which one do you prefer:
✅Walking lunges or
✅Standing lunges?
To me both serve a different purpose:
🚩While walking walking lunges give you a more natural feel of lifting weights and allow you to transfer momentum for heavy lifting.
🚩Standing Lunges are purely based on isolation and there’s a little room for momentum to play out here.
Muscle Targeted: Quads, Hamstrings & Glutes.
