Let's get started Step 1. Exercises to stretch and strengthen the neck. Rotate your shoulders backwards 10 times. Put your hands on your collarbone and look up at the ceiling and hold for 10 seconds. Tilt your neck to the side and hold for 10 seconds. Do the same on the other side. Tighten your neck muscles for 10 seconds. Help strengthens your neck. Tighten your neck muscles, then turn left and right 10 times. Step 2. Relax the neck muscles. Massage the neck down to the shoulders 3 times. Massage along the neck line 3 times. Do the same on the other side. Massage the back of the neck down 3 times. Step 3. Massage to remove wrinkles on the neck, lift and tighten.
