Vitamin D3 With K2 (what I use) - https://bit.ly/41SXfn8 High Dose Vitamin D Treats Incurable Diseases? is a video looking at vitamin d deficiency and how much vitamin d is needed in order to be healthy. It is a topic with much confusion behind it as to exactly what is needed to be healthy and have sufficient vitamin D levels. Vitamin D side effects are often a concern but the reality is most people are not at high enough levels to have an issue. Vitamin D supplements are the ideal way to improve your vitamin D scores. 👉 Watch Next: How To Lose Fat Naturally Without Exercise: /watch/E8BtB3w15Zh1t ✳️ Amazing Facts About NAC Your Didn't Know :/watch/IhgR4IpYVbrYR 🆘 🙏 Become A Supporter & Join The Wellness Warrior Membership Community: https://bit.ly/3CjXhrl ✳️ N - Acetyl Cysteine Series : /playlist/PLE8KvEv74FLeOl6ogosevqDF7E39rus2o ------------------------------------------------ Work With Dr. Zyrowski: https://nutricore.io/ At Home Vit D Test: https://bit.ly/3OoeDgx Follow me :) Instagram | http://instagram.com/dr.nick.zyrowski Video Site | https://drz.tv Facebook | http://www.facebook.com/NuVisionHealthCenter I wanna hear from you! @Poppy_love59قبل 11 أشهر I heard about a Doctor who was using high dose vitamin D3 to treat patients with Auto immune conditions such as Diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Multiple id="hidden2" class="buttons"> Sclerosis, of which I had all three. So I went out and got some 50,000 IU pills and started taking it until my Arthritis symptoms went away and it worked. About 8 months after I started, one day I started to throw up and have diarrhea. My doctor told my wife after two days of this to take me to the E.R. So they took a look at my blood work and admitted me into ICU for renal failure. My kidneys had become flooded with calcium. So after a week of kidney flushing they let me go home and I have since been able to get more information about that treatment. What I was lacking was a second vitamin which is a must have if you are going to take anything higher than 10,000 IU of D3, that is Vitamin K2 in a MK 7 type. I take 100 IU's of vitamin K2 MK7 for every 10,000 IU's of D3. The D3 helps you metabolize the Calcium in your food, but it can also take calcium from your bones and put that into your blood stream where the Kidneys return it into the blood in a recycling system. That is where I ran into a problem. The Vitamin K2 MK7 takes the calcium out of the blood and forces it into the bones. So I monitor this through blood work called the PTH Parathyroid Hormone level, I have to try to keep it at its lowest normal level which is a 16. So now I take 1500 per day of D3 and 50,000 per week on one day a week, along with 3 K2 MK 7 simply because the extra K2 MK7 is good for me in other ways. BTW My Rheumatoid arthritis is gone or in remission, My Last A1c indicates my diabetes is cured It was a 4.9, My M.S. seems to be getting better but at a much slower rate, but still hopeful ! Thanks if you read this far, hope this info helps someone ! ....وسعت 899

@SDsearcherقبل 11 أشهر My vitamin D level was 24. I was diagnosed with hashimotos. I would get the flu twice per year. I had terrible allergies. I was then informed that I have id="hidden5" class="buttons"> a vitamin D receptor genetic variation. And I live in the northern hemisphere. And I work mostly inside. My regular doctor prescribed me 50,000 iu synthetic vitamin d pills, but when I took them, they shredded my stomach and made me really sick. So, I found a functional medicine doctor who did extensive blood work on me and came up with a personalized treatment plan. Part of that plan included taking Thorne 20,000 iu vitamin D along with K2 per day. Over 6 months my vitamin D level came up to 82. My hashimotos went into remission and my antibodies dropped to under 10. All my allergies went away. I never felt better in my life. At that level, I didn’t even get so much as a sniffle in three years. Now I take 10,000 iu of vitamin d per day in the summer months, and I increase it to 20,000 iu in the winter months. It has worked for me for years now and my health has greatly improved. I don’t tell many people how much vitamin d that I take because when I have, I always receive negative comments. But, it works for me, and my doctor is monitoring me, so that’s all that matters. Thanks for this video! ....وسعت 22

This is life changing stuff and I wish I’d done it sooner. I would take more but I’m not sure what my level is and I figure 3 tablets a day isn’t going to damage me.

@ClassicJukeboxBandقبل 11 أشهر I have studied vitamin D3 extensively, a couple of things need to be said.
First of all, vitamin D3 is not even a vitamin, it's a cholesterol id="hidden7" class="buttons"> based hormone, therefore a steroid hormone.
It is safe to take, and the only possible problems you can get sometimes is that it can raise your blood calcium level; this can usually be rectified by taking vitamin K2 at the same time.
Vitamin D3 can also reduce magnesium in some people, so it might be smart to supplement with magnesium also if you take lots of vitamin D3.
The official recommended levels are way too low, and hundreds of millions of people are having their health ruined by these low levels.
A guy named Jeff T Bowles talks about high dose vitamin D3 supplementation, and a doctor named Cicero Coimbra also treats autoimmune conditions with high doses of vitamin D3.

@markparker5585قبل 11 أشهر Good presentation. The only things I would have added would be: A clarification on units for both the dosage and the blood levels, as there are two commonly id="hidden16" class="buttons"> used for each. High levels of D supplementation should be taken with K2 to make sure Calcium "freed" by the D goes into bones, not arteries. For the skin to make D, the Sun needs to be above 45 degrees in the sky, or the atmosphere will absorb the UVB radiation needed to make D. That also applies to being behind glass or wearing Sunscreen, as will both are barriers to UVB. So for example, sitting by a closed office window/driving a car with windows up will not make any D regardless of how Sunny it is. ....وسعت 24

@philip4193قبل 10 أشهر I ended up in the in the back of an ambulance 5yrs ago on the way to the ER with SVT and a heart rate of 220bpm, believing at the time that I was about id="hidden21" class="buttons"> to die from a heart attack at only 49 yrs old. When they ran my bloods in the ER they found that my levels of vitamin D, potassium and magnesium were virtually undetectable (I was leading a pretty unhealthy lifestyle at the time, and this was a huge wakeup call). So they gave me a big oral dose of potassium & magnesium and told me to get more sun exposure & maybe lose some weight if I felt like it, and then prescribed me blood pressure meds; I was discharged about 8 hours later once my troponin levels had dropped off & they had run some ultrasounds & CAT scans.
Long story short is that the blood pressure meds I was prescribed (calcium channel blockers) had severe side effects and I was dissatisfied at the lack of any lifestyle advice or "preventative medicine" from any of the Docs I saw, so I began my own journey of discovery online myself (I also ditched the blood pressure meds as they were literally killing me). I currently supplement daily with 12000UI of D3 (combined with 480mg K2 Mk7 to aid calcium absorption into my bones and out of my blood & tissues), potassium and magnesium and have never been healthier nor felt physically and mentally better. During the pandemic I was never sick with Covid (I tested positive only once on a RAT test without experiencing any symptoms whatsoever) despite everyone around me falling ill multiple times with Covid and spending days at home confined to bed (or even worse, admitted to hospital, and all these people had been vaccinated too).
Some huge benefits I've received from my supplementation regime (apart from my noticeably-boosted immune system) is that my brain fog (which I had suffered from for years) is gone, my blood pressure is healthy and over 30 points lower, my sleep apnoea has completely disappeared, the signs of arthritis in my knees and hips have disappeared, and I am now always extremely calm, unstressed and my mood is consistently good (people who know me and that have noticed the difference are always asking what antidepressant drugs or sedatives I am on, as I was previously always on edge, quick-tempered and known for mood swings and irritability). I will also add though that I am currently following a low-carb, high fat/protein/fibre diet as well since I was also exhibiting signs of insulin resistance/metabolic syndrome and rapidly approaching Type 2 diabetes; all that has now reversed too now that I have my essential vitamins, mineral, and gut health in order.

@antonystringfellow5152قبل 11 أشهر Blood tests done on wild monkeys showed an average level of around 120 nmol/L. The same average was found in people from an African tribe, who live their id="hidden23" class="buttons"> ancestral lifestyle, and in lifeguards, who work outside every day. This also seems to be the optimal level for the regulation of blood calcium.
Despite being fair skinned, living in the tropics, and taking 5000 IUs of D3 per day, a recent blood test showed my blood level was 95 nmol/L so I intend to up my dose when my current capsules are done and I'll be looking for capsules of 6000 -10,000 IUs per day.
I also take K2, another vitamin most people don't get enough of. One of D3's many uses is in the regulation of blood calcium levels. One of the main uses of K2 is to ensure that calcium is deposited where it's needed (teeth and bones, not blood vessels).

@bonnarlundaقبل 11 أشهر Historically I've been low in vitamin D, but during the last two or three years I've used it more and more. Now I have strengths from 2000 up to id="hidden25" class="buttons"> 50 000 IU at home for contingencies and seasonal changes. Incidentally I had blood work done last week, and my D levels were ">375", not the more "normal" 100. I had inflammation in a tooth and took one 50 k each day for 3 days plus several grams of vitamin C and some extra zink, and the tooth healed quickly. A couple of weeks later one of the individuals in the household got a cold with severe coughing, so again I took the 50 k pills again for 2-3 days. No cold. But my measurement is "toxic". All I noticed was that I got healed. Some problems with aches and pains in muscles with chronic inflammation has tapered down as well. So, what is worse; chronic inflammation or the risk of vitamin D toxicity? The inflammation stays and destroys. The high D levels gets down to normal after a while. However, anyone wanting to test this should read the literature before experimenting. There are effects one must look out for, to alleviate with other vitamins or minerals. Balance is the goal. ....وسعت 21

@fotoschopro1230قبل 10 أشهر For all the older people in the comments:
While I was researching Vitamin D and calcium metabolism I came across some interesting studies id="hidden26" class="buttons"> and there is a takeaway for certain people with preexisting health conditions.
First of all be aware that Vitamin D3 supplements should be taken with Vitamin K2 and be aware of the differences in metabolism between naturally synthesized and orally supplemented Vitamin D3.
Oral Vitamin D3 supplements enter your bodies metabolism much faster and at higher levels than naturally synthesized Vitamin D3, which is released much more gradually.
If high doses are supplemented over a long time period, they can lead to hypercalcemia.
This sort of hypercalcemia is related to the calcification of various soft tissues, most prominently, blood vessels, kidneys, scars, brain and joints, but it can happen almost anywhere.
Vitamin K2 acts against the calcification of soft tissues, which is why it is so important.
If you have health issues that are caused or related to calcification of soft issues, be careful with Vitamin D3 dosage and talk to your doctor.
These could include but are not limited to renal disease, peyronies disease, tendinitis, joint problems and CPPD.

@dr.nickzyrowskiقبل 11 أشهر Hey Wellness Warriors, I shared resources in the description to the Vitamin D3K2 and Vit D3 at home test I use. Many people are asking how much Vit. D3 id="hidden28" class="buttons"> I recommend. here is my answer. The key is testing! What matters most is the level inside your body. Understanding your numbers is the key to knowing how much to take.
    For Example:
If I were to receive a test result of 15, iI would take 10,000 IUs and test again in 5-6 months. If my test result was very close to 100 at that point, I would drop my dose to 5,000 IU's maintenance dose.
I understand many people do not want to go to the doctors for a Vit. D test. This at home test I shared in the video description is fantastic and is an excellent option. You cannot manage what you cannot measure. Measure first. then manage. Hope this helps! Stay Healthy! Dr. Z

@dotjeffhoepner4543قبل 11 أشهر Dr. Z. Wonderful info! In future videos on vitamin D make sure you mention that people should be taking K2 with their D3. For those who don’t know, D3 helps in assimilation of calcium, but K2 takes it out of the soft tissues and carries it to the bones and teeth where it belongs. I had to have a breast biopsy several years ago that turned out to be a calcium buildup. I didn’t know about K2 at the time. While calcium in the breast ducts is not a problem, it did result in an uncomfortable procedure with dozens of xrays to pinpoint the area. It’s truly dangerous when the calcium build up is in the arteries. ....وسعت 35

After 2 weeks of increasing the d3 to 20000iu I went for vit d test which came out as 140ng/ml which is far over and above the maximum 100. I've stopped taking the d3 even though I'm not experiencing any issues. Am I in serious danger? ....وسعت

@skysthelmt5275قبل 11 أشهر I was taking 5-10k IU's for quite sometime and I started to have a lot of random muscle spasm/twitching. Alot in my fingers but also in my back and id="hidden42" class="buttons"> all over. It was extremely concerning and I laid off and found that potentially the D3 + K2 supplement that I was taking could be depleting me of Magnesium?. I took a break from the Vit D3 and took some magnesium and the twitching has pretty much stopped all together. I started to take it due to autoimmune diseases but then while taking it and genuinely getting progress from the immunes I thought I was developing MS or ALS or somethign with all of the twitching. Now im scared to take more d3? ....وسعت 4

@cutechiangelsقبل 11 أشهر Dr. Zyrowski, thanks for the good information. In the US, a lot of doctors prescribe the combination of D3 with K2. To not accumulate calcium in the kidneys. id="hidden44" class="buttons"> Here, in Europe, they don't advice you to do that, because it fluidifies the blood, and one can have a hemoragy, apparently. What do you consider ?
    I have a huge lack of vit D, (test 25-OH D2-D3), 13,9 ng/ml and 34,8 nmol/l. That's very low.
Besides that, some other counts are not right either. My doctors don't mention those. Can you be so kind to explain, please ?
    Phosphore 43 mg/l and 1,38 mmol/l, leukocytes 4615 /mm3, (to low) lymphocytes 1431 /mm3, (to low), PTH 90,40 pg/ml. What dosage D3 should I take ? And should I combine it with K2? How much? My doctor prescribed D3, 20 000 UI, per 100ml, 5 drops every morning , for 6 months.
    Thanks for any advice.

@SureshKumar-gc8rlقبل 11 أشهر With lots of recommendations for high vitamin supplements and specially Vitamin D, people are very concerned and confused. The initial dosage of high values id="hidden47" class="buttons"> on reaching a targetted level should be followed by a maintenance dose which should be fixed on testing and higher levels shall only give negative effects which are mostly subclinical and often confusing to understand. Anything in excess is bad specially for fat soluble vitamins that is stored in the body. ....وسعت 1
